CONCLUSION. - A lots of bags broken were found it. - There is signs of shifting cargo due to strong rolling, Hatches No.2 & 3. - There is much contact between the cement bags with the ship's side, producing much friction during navigation, tearing the bags. - There are signs of cracks made by the forklift blades in the loading port. - Can be seen many bags with ambient humidity. - We can observed broken sacs due by the weight of the pallets stowed above. -There is not packing export (Cement in pallets).
